"Kristen was wonderful and kept her commitment. She initially contacted me in December 2025 but I was going through an accident claim of someone hitting me. She told me she would follow back up in March and like clock work she did just that (It had completely slipped my mind). After I finally had a chance to speak with her (I was being hard to get in touch with but she persevered), she was very professional, courteous and helpful and best of all, she was able to get me a much better quote than what I was currently paying.
