"I was paying almost over $200 for car insurance and I didn’t even have full coverage. I looked online and Kristen reached out to me multiple times giving me good price on quotes. I finally reached back out and that was the best decision I could have made. She was very friendly and up front with everything and even helped me out with renters insurance and adding my son also on my car insurance. I will eventually look into adding on life insurance as well. I’m so glad I reached back out to her because she’s definitely saving me money. "Edit*** CJ called me himself and truly seems as concerned as I am as to how all of this has happened. He understands where I am coming from and truly treated me like a human. I believe him when he says he will get to the bottom of this. I will trust him in this process and go from there. Original: If you had asked me six months ago how I felt about this office, I would have said wonderful. After how they have handled our situation since we got in a car accident due to somebody else running a red light.. The car we had was totaled, but State Farm charged us still for three additional months. I have since May of this year tried to get that refunded and was told initially that it would be. Every time I called it was somebody assuring me that it was being looked into - cut forward to mid July when I’m calling again to try to get an update that they promised they would reach out to me for… I’m all of a sudden being told it wasn’t sent up yet and it wouldn’t be a refund it would be a partial credit. I finally got a call back today with a genuine update, but nothing close to what was deserved. We are getting back one month plus an additional $20 and it’s not even being refunded. It’s being put towards a new bill."

"I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!"
